P5P Supplement for Trigger Finger
I think that the following can really improve the quality of life for anybody who suffers from trigger finger.
If you’re suffering from trigger finger or trigger thumb i want to talk to you about a supplement that may be able to help. It’s a p5p supplement which is the active form of vitamin b6.
One thing that a lot of people don’t realize is that trigger finger and trigger thumb can actually be caused by a deficiency in vitamin b6.
Specifically, inflammation in the hand and repetitive motion is what causes your trigger finger or trigger thumb. So to heal your trigger finger you’re going to want to start p5p therapy. What i did was I took 150 milligrams of p5p every day.
I first had trigger-finger when I was a teenager and, by the time I was 20 I had to have surgery and, everything went great afterwards.
However, by the time I turned 31 I had trigger finger in my other hand and, this time it had gotten extremely painful. Every morning I’d wake up and my finger would just be locked into position and it would bring tears to my eyes. On a scale from one to 10 it was definitely a 10 and, it got to the point where I couldn’t play baseball or do anything with my kids.
I couldn’t even tie my own shoes because my finger constantly ached and was always getting locked into position. I decided I was probably going to have to have surgery again but when I found out the surgery was $6,000 and the cost had gone way up I decided that I needed to probably look around and see if there was anything that I could do first.
I’m happy to report I found something that works and it’s worked well for me. I now don’t have any hand issues. It was from a book written by the doctor who studied hands, I don’t know his name.
Anyway, he said that in all of his 35 years of being a hand doctor he found that anybody who took vitamin b6 would be healed of the trigger finger within six months. When I say vitamin b6 I mean p5p. With the p5p supplement you had to take 150 milligrams every day.
P5P Benefits
I set out to see if it was true and, I went to my local drugstore and purchased this p5p vitamin. I’ve been taking this now for four months it’s a 50 milligram pill. I take one in the morning one in the evening and one right before I go to bed and within two weeks there was a noticeable difference.
In conjunction to taking these pills I also wore a finger support at night. Within two weeks there was a noticeable difference. I still had stiffness but it was probably on a scale of four out of from 10..
Now that the four months has come to an end I can actually go to bed without wearing a finger splint anymore and, my finger is not in the locked position. It does not hurt so I highly recommend if you haven’t taken p5p supplement you try to take that 150 milligrams a day for six months.
Like I said, I’m in month four and I have a noticeable difference to the point where in six months I can definitely say that it will probably be gone because I barely have problems now.
Every once in a while I feel a little bit there but you can feel that the nodule has gone down and, you can’t even fill it anymore.
So, I suggest you purchase a P5P supplement from Amazon and then try wearing a finger splint at night at least for a while.
I know how bad it sucks having trigger finger especially as a guy it just makes you feel like you’re in a weakened state and it just kind of makes you feel vulnerable.
Though I’ve healed my trigger fingers and I don’t suffer any longer I still continue to take a p5p supplement every day. I only take 50 milligrams a day now and continue to take it as it makes sense because i had a deficiency to begin with which is what caused my trigger finger.
I’m happy to report I don’t have many problems with trigger finger anymore and I’m not looking to get surgery now. I think p5p is going to heal it so I hope it works for you.
